About the order process
1. Order completed
The customer orders the product and completes the payment.
Payment can only be made online, so your order will be confirmed once payment is completed.
2. order confirmation email
Lamu's will send an order confirmation email to your registered email address.
If you have set your settings to reject or allow emails, you will not be able to receive emails after registering as a member or placing an order.
As a countermeasure, please set permission to receive emails from the address "firstname.lastname@example.org".
If you do not receive an email after placing your order, please contact us.
*There are many cases where we are unable to receive replies to your inquiries.
If you do not receive a reply from our store, please contact us from the official LINE.
3. Shipping the product
Items in stock will be shipped within 3 days at the earliest. (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)
For pre-order items, please check the expected arrival date displayed on the screen when ordering.
If you purchase a pre-order item and an in-stock item at the same time, they will be shipped together. If shipped separately, additional shipping charges may apply.
4. Shipping completion email
Lamu's will send an email to your registered email address confirming that your order has been shipped. We will also contact you with the delivery company and tracking number.
5. Arrival of product
When the product arrives, please check it. In the unlikely event that the item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.
If there is no problem, we would appreciate it if you could leave a product review after purchasing from the product page.
About payment methods
Our site supports the following payment methods.
Card payments can be made using VISA, JCB , Mastercard, and American Express brands.
If you are viewing using Google Chrome, you can pay using your Google Pay account.
On the payment screen, select Google Pay from Express Checkout.
Amazon Pay is a service that allows you to pay for products and services using the address information and credit card information registered in your Amazon.co.jp account.
On the payment screen, select Amazon Pay from Express Checkout.
You can also create an account with your Amazon account.
・Deferred payment Paidy
All you need is your email address and mobile phone number. No pre-registration or credit card required. No matter how many times you shop in a month, your payment will be made once the following month. The usage amount for one month will be determined on the 1st of the following month, and Paydi will notify you by email and SMS.
About Paidy Payment ■We will issue the invoice for the final bill every month on the 1st of the following month, and notify you by email or SMS (short message) by the 3rd of the month.
■The payment deadline is the 10th for convenience store payments and bank transfers. In the case of bank transfer, the amount will be deducted on the 12th. However, it may be the 20th in January and May.
■Payment method/Convenience store (Payment fee: 390 yen including tax)
・Bank transfer (payment fee: varies depending on the financial institution)
・Account transfer (payment fee: free)
<When a refund occurs with Paidy>
Regarding refund methods (if payment has not been made)
The returned amount will always be applied to the oldest invoice. If the billed amount changes due to a return or cancellation, Paidy will not send you an email or SMS regarding the changed billed amount. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please check the amount on the receipt slip on MyPaidy or the convenience store terminal.
Regarding refund methods (if paid)
The amount of the returned item will be reflected in your pay later balance after receiving the return/cancellation notification.
If you continue to use Paidy, the amount will be automatically applied to your Paidy usage from the next month onwards. If you do not use the service for 3 months, Payday will contact you. If you would like a refund regardless of the usage period, please contact Pay Later Customer Support.
